If you know about fashion, chances are you know about the talented Richard Shoyemi, born and raised in Shoreditch East London.  After studying at the prestigious London College of Fashion, Richard has collaborated globally with international brands and celebrity.  Shoyemi continues his creative journey through the founding of CASTE as Executive Director and Executive producer of the CASTE collective and projects.

MUSIC AND BRAND STRATEGIST – INDUSTRY CONSULTANT: THE GUARDIAN, THE SUNDAY TIMES, I-D MAGAZINE, DAZED 

Starting her career in music journalism working across the UK’s top tier titles, as well as music consulting and strategizing with all major record labels.  Chantelle has moved into artist management and brand strategy implementing brand partnerships between brands and the entertainment industry.

MUSIC PRODUCER – MUSIC SCORE – SOUND DESIGN  – LADY LESHURR, RITA ORA, ADIDAS, MISHA B

Having interned at Metropolis Studios Ryan has worked with the brightest talents from the UK music scene.  Production and mixing allows Ryan to evoke unimaginable feelings that capture the heart of his listeners, Ryan recently has been championed by super talented recording artist Snoh Aalegra for his great remix and production work.

With an extensive background working within sports, music, fashion and corporate events, Jeni brings his meticulous skillset to the Caste collective.  Strategic planning, developing ideas and large-scale events to miniscule private bespoke events for clients and brands.

A seasoned production manager delivering production from start to final delivery, Keryn has a strong background in music promotional videos, fashion films, commercial adverts, planning, budgeting, principal photography et al.   Keryn brings a unique perspective to the work she does by incorporating all elements of production to create new and exciting visuals that last.

Having studied politics and Business Carlo continues to work within the luxury business landscape.   Carlo Offers consultancy services to multiple brands supplying consumer research and analytics. 

DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER – ILLUSTRATOR – CREATIVE: GOOGLE, AMAZON, NET A PORTER, HSBC

With over twelve years industry experience working within branding, marketing collateral, social media content and digital design campaigns for established and start-up brands across UK, Spain and the Americas Francisco brings his extensive digital problem-solving skill set to the Caste collective.

FASHION STYLIST – COSTUME DESIGNER – DIGITAL ARTIST


Velvet Jade is a respected costume designer and stylist whose skills afford her a fresh contemporary perspective with each project commissioned.  An alumnus of Central Saint Martins, Velvet’s eye for detail has rewarded her with an enviable roster of clients such as Alexander McQueen, Jimmy Choo and Basso & Brooke.

World renown celebrity makeup artist whose career spans over 25years in music, fashion, commercial and television advertising.  Kym’s expert knowledge has led to television appearances, print features in many of the leading beauty journals.  Kym’s impressive career has also extended to education, creative direction, and brand consultancy.

Seasoned MUA Rashida works across editorial, film, fashion, and beauty industry sectors.  Rashida has also been championed by the iconic and world-renowned makeup artist legend Pat McGrath.  Rashida prides herself on her bespoke and professional approach to adapt to her client’s specific requirements.

With over 20 years within the entertainment industry, Akua’s career crosses fashion, film, theatre, radio, print, online media. She is the founder of British Blacklist a platform that celebrates black creative talent. Akua is also the co-founder of S.O.U.L Film Festival which launched at the BFI in 2018.  A well-rounded creative, producer, cultural consultant, and an incredible wordsmith for brands. Akua has worked with Netflix,YouTube, Channel 4, BBC, BFI, Vogue, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, BAFTA, Disney, and more.
